They deftly re-organise the internal plan of grand old hotels to deliver an improved guest experience, they extract their ideas from sources of inspiration in a way that is perfect for the place and, over the years, they have championed the joy of the indoor/outdoor experience, once a novel concept in some parts of the world, but now considered a staple ingredient of luxury hotel design.
